Give us your opinion

Following a visioning meeting earlier this year, the BCAM Board asked the newsletter committee to consider revamping the look and content of the newsletter, and also to think about its appropriateness to its audience, its method of distribution, and how it might be used to encourage new membership.
At the next meeting of the newsletter committee, the discussion moved through a number of topics: the tone, length and content of articles; whether to continue to produce mostly original articles or get permission for reprints from other organizations; how many issues to produce per year; how to use mini e-bulletins effectively to complement the information in the newsletter, and other issues.
Both groups agreed that it was time to ask the readers what they like — or don’t like — about the BCAM newsletter, how well it currently meets the information needs of BCAM members, and in which ways it might be improved to address what readers want. All subscribers should have received a survey in early September, by mail or by e-mail, with a printed or internet option for responding (www.surveymonkey.com/s/TG98LQ5). Please help us by responding as soon as possible, and we thank you for the few minutes of your time this short survey requires.
